Tutoring Program Policies

Please review the following policies for our reading tutoring program:

  • Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Please notify the tutor at least 24 hours in advance if a session must be canceled or rescheduled.

  • Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end on time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Payment: Fees must be paid in advance of each session or as outlined in the program agreement through a verified e-payment system. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice,

  • Behavior: Students are expected to be respectful and engaged during sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in termination from the program.

  • Progress Reports: Parents/Guardians will receive periodic updates on their child’s progress. Additional meetings can be scheduled as needed.

  • Materials: Online sessions may require some materials not provided such as paper and markers.

  • Confidentiality: All information provided in this form and during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
